Mattapan Crisis Center
Our Crisis Care Program meets the needs of the local community in Mattapan through the distribution of diapers, formula, baby care items, clothing – all given for free to those in need. We meet with clients and provide a space for them to share their story, and feel the love of Jesus.
The ReWrite Program
ReWrite was created to disrupt the repetitive cycle of relapse that can follow those battling addiction. The program offers financial relief in the form of paid housing and childcare for recipients so they can begin to take the next step in re-writing their stories. We launched the program by signing a lease for a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment, and fully furnishing it to be a place where program recipients can find rest and live in dignity. Our first participant and her daughter have made a home here with their housing fully paid for, and a thriving pre-school program to grow and learn in. Our ReWrite participant is working full-time and investing in her education degree.
